The country is still awaiting final results in the 2020 presidential election as a record number of mail-in and absentee ballots are counted in key battleground states. Neither President Donald Trump nor former Vice President Joe Biden has enough electoral college votes to win the presidency. A candidate must earn 270 electoral college votes to be declared the winner.
